Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Worship Leader to join our team at Equipped For Destiny Church Knightdale, NC. Your role will involve leading morning worship and being a providing direction the A/V Team. You will works towards recruitment and development of praise team members and musicians. At the present, we worship with tracks and you should be comfortable with that as we build and grow.
Responsibilities:
• Select and prepare music for weekly worship services as well as special events.
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and A/V team to finalize the weekly service using our present tools and resources.
• Manage and coordinate Worship Team and A/V Team volunteers through volunteer assignments.
• Work with the A/V team to coordinate lighting, streaming, slides, and audio as needed.
• Attend leaders meetings.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor.
Expectations:
• Maintain open communication with the Executive Administrator and Lead Pastor regarding availability.
• Provide a two-week written resignation notice prior to leaving the position.

Qualifications:
• Committed Christian who aligns with the vision and mission of Equipped For Destiny Church.
• 1-2 year (preferred) experience in leading music both vocally and/or instrumentally (keyboard skills preferred but not a requirement).
