Bishop Gross has been in ministry for over 25 years. His passion and focus is the maturation of the people of God. He understands the importance of training and developing the next generation of church leaders/planters.

Being convicted and convinced that spreading the gospel must address the tangible needs of the community, his outreach initiatives include:

– Meeting the needs of the homeless
– Coding Camps for Urban Youth
– Organizational Leadership Development

Bishop Gross is a servant leader, a lifelong perpetual learner, and a complete techie.
He is a graduate of Un. West Florida. He is duly consecrated to the Bishopric of the Joint College of Bishops..
