I don’t know about you but I had some junk food I needed to get rid of that wasn’t supporting a healthy energetic faith filled mindset
Right now my mental meal plan is the book of Matthew. Great reminder for my mind that God controls the forces of nature and with him I can do all things. Fear is my opportunity to expand my faith.
That’s some good breakfast food for my mind!!
