
Associate Minister
- Lead the church family in prayer service, providing theological reflection
- Support the vision of the Senior Pastor and Elders for evangelistic and discipleship mandates.
- Possess the spiritual knowledge to Introduce people to Christ; disciple them in spiritual growth; train them in serving Christ with their life.
- Conduct other teaching assignments and facilitate meetings
- Promote understanding of the EFDC Core Values with church members.
- Work weekly with team members to plan, practice, and prepare for weekly services.
- Increase technological efficiency by training staff on appropriate software, computer, and A/V equipment.
- Orate daily, morning and evening services with opening prayer and song.
- Include all duties including preaching, teaching both adult and children’s classes, home visits, outreach and evangelism
- Support the digital presence of the church through a website and social media accounts, focusing heavily on Facebook.
- Candidate should be local to the Raleigh NC area which supports attendance requirements [Meetings, Worship Services]
- Candidate will have previously experienced a personal saving relationship according to the Doctrinal Beliefs of Equipped For Destiny Church [Our Beliefs]
